Our Featured Property is a privately owned home constructed several years ago by Kelly Moore, owner and President of Green Spirit Construction, LLC. Located in Crescent Beach the home is a 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath ocean view home that includes over 3,000 square feet of living area and over 800 square feet of exterior decks. The floor plan was designed, in part, by Kelly and all of the construction plans were drawn by him.

Features provided in the home include bamboo flooring through-out, custom tile work in the baths, and unique glass tile mosaic backsplash in the kitchen.

The project involved many challenging aspects of construction and design; including the stringent structural requirements for a building with 3 floors constructed on a barrier island in a high wind velocity and impact zone.

The home site required over 100 truck loads of fill that was placed on-site and compacted in depths that varied from 6 inches to 10 feet.
