Green Spirit Construction’s core philosophy is that the construction experience is enhanced for both the Builder and the Customer when a thoughtful, holistic approach is used through-out the process. The factors that are used to plan and build your new home or renovation include environmentally friendly and socially responsible ones in combination with your financial goals and personal aspirations.
Many of the innovative construction methods and products used in today’s homes require a much greater attention to detail and as well as an increased focus on quality installations. This is what we do. Green Spirit Construction combines superior construction knowledge and experience with a vision of unequaled quality and commitment, a commitment to both you and us.
The common misconception is that “Building Green” is not affordable. “Building Green” and affordability are not mutually exclusive. Very often additional upfront costs are actually sound investments that offer a high rate of return on the initial investment through reduced utility bills and maintenance costs.
Green Spirit Construction believes that “Building Green” means building smarter, with a focus on maximizing savings, both environmental and financial. It means during the construction process we make choices that balance our current life realities with a better future for our children and grandchildren. Using environmentally friendly and socially responsible products and methods when ever practicable, without comprising your personal vision or financial goals is the cornerstone of Green Spirit Construction’s philosophy.
 Just one decision that is made that promotes a sustainable future, no matter how small that decision may seem, makes a real contribution to a improving life on our planet. Any project or home can be “Green” by incorporating designs, construction methods and products that save money, resources, and provide a better future for us all. It could be one small change; maybe installing better insulation in your attic or using Energy Star appliances. Or it may be a bigger change, like incorporating a solar heated water system or a photovoltaic solar electric system for your home. We provide the options; you make the choices.
